We reserve full rights to adjust these terms at our private discretion. Active bookings will remain governed by parameters in place during checkout.
All transit services are operated by professional, certified drivers possessing comprehensive local road clearance.
Our fleet vehicles undergo strict visual and mechanical checks ahead of every pickup parameter. We cannot guarantee specific luxury choices in event of unscheduled service interruptions.
To maintain the tight schedules of our elite fleet and guarantee fair wages to our private chauffeurs, cancellations are governed by the strict fee schedule detailed below:

All travelers are expected to behave appropriately and respect municipal laws during transit. Any damage inflicted upon our vehicle interiors (spills, hardware tearing, aesthetic damage) will be invoiced directly to your billing file.
GOCAB Limousine is not liable for delayed schedules caused by extreme weather conditions, unexpected highway closures, or force majeure events beyond our immediate sphere of operation.
